MagGarage

From phone call to keys back.

MagGarage runs an independent repair shop on one tablet: the booking, the check-in, the quote the owner says yes or no to, the job board, the parts and the bill.

A car comes in.

Follow one repair order from the customer's first message to the keys. Click any screen to watch that part.

  1. 1

The job arrives before the car.

The AI assistant answers your website chat, texts and phone line, asks what you'd ask (which car, is it safe to drive, any warning lights?) and opens a repair request with the customer's photos. It never quotes or books: you send a quick estimate or a full quote in one tap, and they pick a day from your real hours.

  2. 2

    Book it right.

A calendar with a daily car limit and a bay count you set, so you never promise more cars than you can fix. The customer gets a text when it's booked or moved.

  3. 3

    Check in with proof.

Odometer, fuel, key tag, the owner's concerns, a quick walk-around with photos, and their signature. They get the drop-off receipt on their phone, and it says no work starts until they approve a quote.

  4. 4

    Quotes, job by job.

What you find becomes jobs with parts, labour and tax, each marked Safety or Soon. The owner gets the quote by text and gives you a yes or no on each job, so the brakes never wait on the tire balance.

  5. 5

    Every car, at a glance.

Checked in, waiting on the owner, in repair, waiting for parts, ready for pickup. A car past its promised time is flagged late.

  6. 6

    My jobs.

Each technician sees their own jobs across every car. Start, pause, done, and the part comes off the shelf with one tap.

  7. 7

    Parts, minus the paperwork.

See what's running low, put it on an order, and receive it against that order. A special order stays tied to the car it's for.

  8. 8

    The bill matches the quote.

The invoice is built from the jobs the owner approved, at the quoted price. Take cash with one tap per bill, or card on your terminal.

  9. 9

    Every car's story.

Every visit, the odometer in and out, the work they said no to, and when the next service is due, saved on the car. It's all there when the car comes back.

The phone at 9 p.m. gets answered.

The MagGarage assistant answers your web chat, text messages and phone line. It takes the name, the car and the problem, opens a repair request for your advisor, and texts the owner a link to send photos.

  • It never guesses a diagnosis or a price. That stays with you.
  • If the car sounds unsafe, it tells the owner not to drive it and asks if they need a tow.
  • It answers in the customer's language and checks the details with them before saving anything.

Your whole shop. One tablet.

Big touch tiles for the counter and the bays, and a six-digit PIN for each person. Owner, advisor, technician, parts: each sees what their job needs.

Also in the box.
