SMS Terms

These SMS Terms apply to text messages sent through MagSoft apps by MagSoft ("MagSoft" or "we"). Messages are about a booking or visit you made with a business that uses MagSoft — for example, a nail salon (the "Business") — and every message starts with that Business's name.

1. What you will receive

Transactional messages about your booking:

• appointment confirmations,
• reminders before your appointment,
• notices if your appointment is changed or cancelled.

No marketing or promotional messages are sent under this program.

2. How you sign up

You choose to receive these messages by entering your mobile number and ticking the unchecked consent box on the Business's check-in screen or booking form. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or booking — you can book without it. See how opt-in works.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies with your bookings.

4. Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Neither MagSoft nor the Business charges you for these messages.

5. How to stop

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe (CANCEL, END, QUIT and UNSUBSCRIBE also work). You will receive one final message confirming that you are unsubscribed, and no further messages after that. To subscribe again, reply START.

Reply HELP to any message for help, or email us at dev [at] magsoft.us.

7. Carriers

Available to customers of major carriers in the United States. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Privacy

Your mobile number and consent are used only to send the messages described above. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy.
